Chef Assi’s career has taken him through top culinary destinations, including leadership roles at Daryaganj in New Delhi, Andaz Delhi by Hyatt, and ITC Sheraton, where he refined his mastery of Indian flavors and technique-driven cooking. His reputation is built on precision, creativity, and a deep respect for heritage, as well as his ability to lead high-performing kitchen teams through complex, dynamic environments.
